Steve Hooper is the President of Financial Services at TipHaus, where he spearheads partnership and business development initiatives, driving the company's mission to transform restaurant financial management. Before joining TipHaus, Steve served as the President of Ethan Stowell Restaurants (ESR), a chef-driven, multi-brand restaurant group based in Seattle, WA. Steve joined ESR following the acquisition of Kigo Kitchen, a fast-casual restaurant brand he founded during his time at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. His career spans roles in investment banking and venture capital in Seattle and Boston, adding a robust financial foundation to his operational expertise. Steve is actively involved in the community, serving on the boards of the United Way of King County and the Seattle Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce. He is also a former board member of the Washington Hospitality Association and past president of the Seattle Restaurant Alliance.

Director of Sales, Partnerships & Business Development

Corey Shuff is the Director of Sales at Buyers Edge Platform Back Office. He started cutting his teeth in the industry at 16 years old as a dishwasher for an independent restaurant in the Greater-Boston area. Corey joined the Buyers Edge Platform in 2015 and quickly transitioned to the software division where he helped grow the original software solutions which later evolved into Back Office. His career has been driven by his passion for connecting with people and creative problem solving. When outside the office, he can be found spending time with his family or training for high altitude mountaineering expeditions.

Kevin Eggen is the CEO of Hops n Drops, the Neighborhood Gathering Place. Kevin has worked in the restaurant / hospitality industry since he was 16 bussing tables at Red Robin. At 22 he started working at Hops n Drops as a bar manager and worked up through the company doing each leadership position. He purchased the company and became the CEO in November of 2022 from the original founder. Kevin's unique ability is building relationship and collaboration with other leaders to find the best outcomes. Kevin spends his free time with his 3 kids coaching their sports and playing outside. His wife and him enjoy live music and playing darts.
