Andi Ott

Co-owner of three Dog Haus locations in Arizona

Raised in Gilbert, AZ, Andi Ott has become a prominent figure in the restaurant industry. She pursued Nursing at Grand Canyon University but started her career in restaurants as a teenager. Andi managed with Golden Corral before transitioning to healthcare.


In 2019, Andi returned to the restaurant business, co-founding a Dog Haus Biergarten franchise in Gilbert with her husband, Damon. They expanded to Chandler in 2023 and Downtown Phoenix in 2024. As a multi-unit franchisee, Andi oversees HR, marketing, and business operations, leveraging her organizational skills and strategic mindset.


Under her leadership, the team earned the Frank Zeolla Operator of the Year Award (2023), Marketer of the Year (2022), and recognition as the Biggest Donor to No Kid Hungry (2023). Andi was named Business Leader of the Year by the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce in 2024.


Andi is active in her community, serving on the Board of the Elite Business Alliance and involved with the local Chamber of Commerce chapters as well. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Damon Ott

Co-owner of three Dog Haus locations in Arizona

Originally from the Midwest, Damon Ott has called Arizona home since 1993. His career in the restaurant industry began in high school at Stan's donut shop, where he quickly rose to a management position. Damon then worked as a general manager at Hometown Buffet and Golden Corral, amassing over 30 years of experience in restaurant management and operations.


In 2018, Damon pursued his dream of small business ownership with his wife, Andi. They opened their first Dog Haus Biergarten franchise in Gilbert in 2019, followed by locations in Chandler in 2023 and Downtown Phoenix in 2024. Damon excels in back-of-house operations, overseeing their three locations with plans for further expansion. His exceptional operational skills earned his team the Frank Zeolla Operator of the Year Award in 2023.


Damon believes in being firm and fair, leading by example, and that no job is beneath him. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and spending time with his wife and their two children.
